1. Project Developer (Part-time)
The Project Developer will transform early-stage ideas from our partner network into funded, executable projects—leading the development of HDP’s flagship multi-million euro program. This role requires at least five years of project development experience and a strong grasp of public funding mechanisms like PPPA or ERJU.
2. Research Infrastructure Cluster Manager (Part-time)
This junior-to-medior role coordinates Europe’s growing hyperloop research infrastructure cluster. From shared research agendas to capability mapping and knowledge-sharing events, this person ensures a coherent, efficient network. A key responsibility is to monitor and respond to relevant EU and national funding programs, supporting proposal development for HDP and its partners.
3. Public Affairs & Communication Manager (Part-time)
As HDP's voice in Brussels and beyond, this medior+ role leads all communication and public affairs activities. This includes aligning messages across partners, increasing media visibility, representing HDP in EU policy discussions, and producing communication materials for events and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in lobbying and public communication in innovation ecosystems.
4. Operations & Finance Manager (Part-time)
This medior+ role forms the operational heart of the Foundation. From bookkeeping and subsidy administration to governance reporting and legal coordination, this person ensures the foundation remains compliant, transparent, and efficient. Bilingual fluency in English and Dutch is required.
