Hardt Hyperloop has announced a multi-million euro investment round led by U.S. investor Green Rock, which, according to Hardt, secures the continued operations of the Hardt Group and supports its next phase of technology development.
On 3 November 2026, Hardt Hyperloop announced that it has closed a multi-million euro investment round led by U.S. investor Green Rock. Several of Hardt’s existing investors and shareholders, including Perpetuum Ventures and Urban Impact Ventures, also took part.
According to Hardt, the investment secures the continued operations of the Hardt Group, after one of its companies entered into bankruptcy proceedings earlier this year. The company says it will use the funds to advance its technology, prepare for planned hyperloop projects and develop new projects.
Strategic collaboration for the Americas
Alongside the investment, Hardt and Green Rock have signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement to jointly develop hyperloop projects in North, Central and South America.
In Hardt’s words
Tim Houter, co-founder of Hardt Hyperloop, said the investment marks “a new chapter for Hardt Hyperloop after a challenging period” and enables the company to continue developing and deploying its technologies. He added that Hardt is grateful for the continued support of its existing investors, is pleased to welcome Green Rock, and that the collaboration with Green Rock opens up new hyperloop projects.
